Thank you for using List Item! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the List Item application (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, do not use the App.
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of the App
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of any third party.
- Transmit any harmful, abusive, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
3. Freemium Model & Subscriptions
- The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions managed via our third-party provider, RevenueCat.
- All payments and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat. Please refer to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for more information.
- All prices and features are subject to change. We will notify you of any material changes.
4. Data Security & Deletion
- Your data is securely stored and protected using industry-standard protocols.
- Once you request deletion of your data or your account, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

- The App uses third-party services, including Expo (for app development, deployment, and analytics) and RevenueCat (for subscription management and in-app purchases).

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
- You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account.
7. Disclaimers
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
- We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or links provided through the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, List Item and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and/or by email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which List Item operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
